Data Entry | Membership Database Entry

We’re looking for a dedicated volunteer to assist with our Membership Entry work for a minimum of 4 hours per week, one day a week. In this role, you’ll help keep our membership records up to date by entering new member information, processing renewals, and sending out welcome letters to new members. No prior data entry experience is required — we’ll provide full training and support. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our organization’s mission while developing new skills in a friendly, supportive environment. An interest in aviation history is a plus! This position is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays between 11AM and 3PM
About AMERICAN AVIATION HISTORICAL SOCIETY
AAHS has been in operation since 1956, collecting and preserving aviation photos and written material from members from all over the world. Over two million photos and the collection increases monthly! AAHS publishes a quarterly Journal, (continuously since 1956) regularly named one of the top 100 aviation publications in the US. Much of the image collection is in print form, and needs to be scanned and cataloged, without such action we cannot share them effectively with our members or the public.
