Do you love bringing people together, sparking ideas, and watching someone’s face light up when they see what’s possible? We’re looking for facilitators to lead weekday-morning Vision Board workshops for Our Safe Space, a Tucson-based nonprofit dedicated to connection, creativity, and empowerment. No podiums. No PowerPoints. Just colorful magazines, scissors, glue sticks, and conversation that matters. You don’t need to be a professional speaker. You just need to bring your creative mind, enjoy people, feel comfortable guiding a group, and have a knack for helping others dream big. We’ll give you everything you need to get started - you bring your personality and enthusiasm.
What you’ll do: Lead or co-lead 90 minute Vision Board workshops
(M-F mornings). Welcome and engage participants of all ages and backgrounds. Follow a simple, flexible outline - or create your own with our support. Encourage conversation, confidence, and a few "aha!" moments. Work closely with our supportive and fun team.
