Historic Interpretation GSP

Interested in conducting tours of historic areas, or presenting talks about historic points of interest? Gathland State Park is looking for volunteers to conduct programs about George Alfred Townsend, his Gathland estate, and the significance of the War Correspondents Memorial. Programs will mainly be presented on weekends during the spring, summer, and fall. If you don't already know a lot about Gathland's important historic resources, we can help.

Minimum age: 16.
