Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
Mentorship and Leadership: Volunteers serve as mentors to girls (ages kindergarten to 12th grade), guiding them through various activities and helping them develop skills such as teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. They create a supportive environment where girls can explore their interests and build confidence. Our programming is girl-led, where girls discover and explore based on their interests. Our Troop Leaders and Volunteers support and grow with the troop, making sure that every girl can harness her spark.

What You'll Do:
Lead girls through exciting, hands-on activities that build confidence, leadership, and life skills.
Inspire girls to set goals, take action, and make a positive impact in their communities.
Create a fun, supportive, and empowering environment for girls to thrive.
Lead troop meetings where girls discover STEM, Entrepreneurship, Life Skills, and the Outdoors.
