The position is in person Tuesday -Friday 9am to 2 pm. This position is dealing with the general public on a daily basis either in person or by phone. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to help several clients at once. The bus stop is not too far away. The volunteer will train with the director until he or she feels comfortable with the routine. Once the volunteer is comfortable with the process then they will be able to work independently. Someone is always around to help and answer questions. Time Commitment: 20 hours per week. Tuesday - Friday 9am to 2 pm
Requested length of service: 90 days

"Meeting the spiritual and physical needs of our neighbors" We do this by providing food for the needy in 4 neighborhoods, using volunteers and resources available from the partner congregations. We have a walk through pantry each Thursday in 4 different needy areas in Sioux Falls, SD CHARISSF.org
