There are ways for you to provide compassion and support to hospice patients and their families by sitting and reading to them or looking through photos (volunteers are not allowed to provide hands on care) or just sitting quietly holding their hand.ORIndirectly you can help by cooking a meal, making a lap blanket or any other crafts you might have that a patient might enjoy!
