Pet Food Bank Volunteer

Pet Community Center’s Food Security program maintains a food bank for dogs and cats in need. This role helps the program run more efficiently, allowing more time to deliver meals to pets in need in our community.
Core responsibilities
Preparing food for pets by repackaging it from their larger bags into smaller bags
Label food bags and organize accordingly
Assist in unloading pallets of pet food that are donated to us
Lift and move a variety of sizes of food bags and other supplies
Organize donations into different stacks depending on type of food, etc.
Time & Committment
Pet Community Center is located at 5233 Harding Place, Suite 5247 Nashville, TN 37217
Hours available are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 4pm
Volunteers may choose the length of shift that best fits their schedule

Minimum age: 18.
