Over the Rainbow: Monica Ramey Sings The Music of Harold Arlen

In the next installment of her year-long residency at the Nashville Jazz Workshop, Monica Ramey presents a celebration of one of the Great American Songbook's most original composers — the man who gave the world Stormy Weather, Come Rain or Come Shine, and Over the Rainbow.
We need 3 volunteers to:
Set up tables with tea lights
Greet and seat guests
Serve as hospitality floaters
Host concessions counter (canned beverages and snacks)
Clean-up at end of performance
Arrival: Volunteers are asked to arrive a few minutes before 6:00pm to huddle and receive specific event prep details and assignments.
Attire: Volunteers are asked to wear black/dark shirt, black/dark pants, black/dark shoes. No logos, bright colors or baseball caps, please.
Performance: Volunteers are invited to attend and enjoy the performance 10 minutes after the event starts.

The mission of the Nashville Jazz Workshop is to enrich people’s lives and build community through world class jazz education and performances. We accomplish our mission through a workshop environment where jazz professionals pass on their knowledge & experience in a journeyman/apprentice situation, classes for players & non-players, and performances to promote community appreciation of jazz.
