2026 Nashville Film Festival: Event Volunteer Berry Hill

57th NASHVILLE FILM FESTIVAL –
Made in TN Day Mixer VOLUNTEER, Seventh Story
The 57th Nashville Film Festival, hosted over seven days from September 24–30, 2026, presents an electrifying celebration of film, music, and culture at some of Nashville’s most iconic arts venues. This year’s festival will showcase the best new independent films from around the globe, alongside captivating Q&A sessions with filmmakers, dynamic industry panels, unforgettable parties, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow creatives and film fans.
Volunteer shifts are available at the following venues:
Regal Green Hills (Screening Venue)
National Museum of African American Music (NMAAM) (Creators Conference Venue)
Hooky (Screening Venue)
JBJ's Nashville (Opening Night Party Venue)
HOME / Center 615 (Party Venue)
Nashville Yards Ascension St. Thomas Landing (Party Venue)
Nashville PBS (Creators Conference Venue)
Soho House (Screening Venue)
Frist Art Museum (Screening Venue)
Belcourt Theatre (Screening Venue)
Flamingo Cocktail Club (Closing Night Party Venue)
Volunteers play many important roles in this yearly production—duties may include one or more of the following:
Theater usher
Voting collection
Ticket scanning
Set-up & tear-down for special events
Checking credentials for access to certain areas & events
Cleanup of theaters and VIP areas
Volunteer Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age (21+ for certain shifts)
Ability to stand for long periods of time is required for most shifts. Some shifts may also include light lifting or carrying. If you are unable to stand or lift, please communicate your needs — we’re happy to make reasonable accommodations.
Be able to attend one of the virtual orientation sessions in the week prior to the festival (dates TBD)
