About this opportunity

The American Cancer Society Hope Lodge program provides a free home away from home for cancer patients and their caregivers. More than just a roof over their heads, it is a nurturing community that helps patients access the care they need. The Nashville Hope Lodge is 1 of 31 lodges that offer a supportive, homelike environment where guests can share a meal, join in evening activities, or unwind in their own private room.
Our "Cooking Up Hope" program is a meal program that connects our local community to the guests at the Nashville Hope Lodge. Volunteer groups can sign up to come and provide breakfast, lunch, or dinner on any day of the week. This program further helps ease the financial burden for our guests and removes the stress of having to prepare meals after treatment.
