Help Deliver Meals to Older Adults in Need

FiftyForward Fresh Meals on Wheels delivers healthy meals to the doorsteps of older adults on specific routes in the Nashville community. We are looking for friendly, compassionate volunteers to deliver nutritious meals, create a social connection, and provide weekly check-ins with our clients.
Routes in Davidson County are currently available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Meals are picked up between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. from FiftyForward Knowles
Routes take approximately 60 to 90 minutes to complete, depending on the number of deliveries on the route (8-10 meals is average).
FiftyForward Fresh delivery drivers must complete a background check (paid for by FiftyForward).
You can also sign up to be a substitute driver if you are not available for a weekly commitment
This is a rewarding volunteer opportunity that greatly impacts the health and well-being of older adults experiencing food insecurity. Volunteers also help by creating a community connection that combats loneliness and social isolation.
