Friendly visit volunteers are needed for hospice patients and their loved ones.Drop in & provide a social visit, take a stroll outdoors, porch sit, listen to music, sing a song, read a devotion or short story, catch up on the latest community news, provide companionship to a movie or favorite TV show, or simply provide a listening ear and comforting presence.Friendly visits to provide socialization & support for those at risk of isolation & feelings of loneliness, visit seniors one to two times a month at your convenienceGreat opportunities for university students and interns! Service learning hours-school and job references/letters of recomendations provided.Note: Must be 18 years of age
