Are you passionate about sports and mentoring youth? Center 360 is seeking two Volunteer Flag Football Coaches-one for our 12U/14Uboys’ team and 12U/14U one for our girls’ team at Francis Bradley Middle School. As a coach, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to lead and inspire middle school students (grades 6-8) as they develop teamwork, discipline, and confidence both on and off the field.Role OverviewThe Volunteer Flag Football Coach will oversee a 12-player roster and guide the team through tryouts, practices, and games during the Fall season. This role is perfect for someone who loves football, has strong leadership skills, and is eager to make a positive impact on young lives.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and lead practices starting in August to November.Plan and conduct weekly practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.Coach the games held on Sundays between 11a-5p, from September through November.Motivate and mentor players, fostering a fun and inclusive team environment.Communicate regularly with players, families, and Center 360 staff about schedules, expectations, and updates.QualificationsKnowledge of flag football rules and strategies (previous coaching or playing experience beneficial).Enthusiasm for working with middle school students.Ability to foster a positive and supportive team culture.Strong organizational and communication skills.Commitment to Center 360’s mission, values, and integrity.Time CommitmentAugust-November 2025:Weekly practices (day and time TBD).Sunday games between 11a-5p (schedule provided in advance).Why Volunteer with Center 360?Make a lasting impact on the lives of middle school students.Be part of an organization dedicated to empowering disengaged youth.Inspire teamwork, confidence, and growth in young at
