Women Living Well Ministries (WLWM) is dedicated to fulfilling the ministries' mission. We are seeking a volunteer Office Administrative Assistant who is an experienced, take-charge professional and has a love for performing professional office administrative services, has a strong biblical foundation and knowledge of the Bible, enjoys serving people, provides outstanding customer service, and can be an enthusiastic professional and team player.The position is one that is flexible and part-time. There is also flexibility around scheduled vacations, and one can work from home. The position is needed to volunteer 15 to 20 hours a week for nine months (or longer if desired) to assist with administrative work for the ministry. Requirement to attend a once a month phone leadership conference call as well as maintaining open communication via email is vital.Performs administrative and office support activities for the Volunteer Coordinator. Duties may include but are not limited to fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, screening/scheduling volunteer meetings, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, faxing, and assisting with volunteer needs for events, conferences and/or retreats as appropriate.Candidate will need to possess the following skills: ability to craft correspondence emails and/or letters in a clear and compelling manner, excellent written and verbal communication skills along with analytical skills are essential. Candidates should be self-motivated, detailed-oriented, and highly-organized, possess an ability to work well under pressure and have experience using online databases and other resources to locate appropriate information to assist with the completion of projects.
