Hospice patient care volunteers provide unique services to hospice patients and their families who are in a difficult season of life by serving in practical ways, including visiting, reading, playing games, playing music or simply being a companion. No medical training necessary! Hospice volunteers are valued and trained team members who work with the other members of the hospice care team to provide excellent, compassionate care to patients and their families. Even the gift of one hour of volunteer time per month can brighten someone's day. We will train you!
