About this opportunity
Title: Patient/Family VolunteerTo provide support services for the patient and family in all settings, within the framework of the hospice philosophy and mission. The volunteer will serve as a member of the inter-disciplinary team (IDG), and support the IDG approach to care. The volunteer, representing the Volunteer Department, will observe and communicate any changes (physical, spiritual, social and emotional) to the assigned nurse, social worker, chaplain, Volunteer Coordinator or the Program Manager of Volunteer Services.
