Phoenix Hospice’s volunteer program is looking for compassionate, caring members of our communities who are interested in hospice volunteering. Do you have an interest in spending time with patients? Do you love engaging in a variety of activities or have a favorite one you’d like to share? Would you like to lend a helping hand in our office? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, Phoenix is looking for you! Join Team Phoenix to start serving your community and helping your neighbors!Hospice volunteers can perform many tasks, here are some examples:-Provide companionship-Read a book-Watch TV or movies-Sing or play an instrument-Be present with the patient-Perform small household chores-Assist with administrative tasks at the Phoenix Office-Send letters/cards or scrapbook from homeRequirements:-You must be 16-Pass background check-Have valid IDPrivate Group Details:Group Size Range: 1 - 50+Event can be held at organization location(s)No Donation
