Providing haircuts will allow persons who are home bound, with an advanced or terminal illness, access to service from a licensed professional that they may otherwise not have access to.Hospice of the Western Reserve provides support to patients wherever they consider home - nursing homes, assisted living facilities, private homes, and HWR In-patient Units.Must be a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber. All volunteers are required to take a brief introduction to Hospice of the Western Reserve. These introduction sessions are available throughout Northeast Ohio.
