Are you passionate about providing education and support to the community? Do you enjoy connecting with others and sharing helpful resources? Volunteering with the Arthritis Foundation as a Community Outreach Educator is a rewarding way to make a difference.
You’ll help spread awareness about the many free resources available for individuals living with chronic pain or arthritis. And remember — arthritis doesn’t just affect adults; children can have arthritis too.
Retired teachers, nurses, and those living with chronic pain or arthritis - you would make amazing Community Outreach Educators. Using your experiences to share education and resources with the community is exactly what we need.

Community outreach and education is critical to our mission to engage the arthritis community and ensure that those who are directly or indirectly impacted by arthritis are aware of the resources available to patients and their caregivers.
As a Community Outreach Educator, you join a team of volunteers who feel comfortable talking to people about their arthritis experience and are willing to reach out to their networks and to new community partners to build awareness of the Arthritis Foundation’s life-changing resources.
