OverviewHawthorne Youth and Community Center, located in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, MA, is a grassroots, non-profit organization that has been responsive to community needs for over fifty years. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors and help shape the future of our organization. Board terms are three years and may be renewed indefinitely.What We NeedWe seek individuals who bring a range of expertise, backgrounds, community insight, and a shared passion for community and youth programming to join our Board of Directors. Ideal board members are committed, community-minded, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a passionate neighbor with lived experience, your voice and efforts can help us build a stronger future for HYCC.
