About Rescuing Leftover Cuisine

Rescuing Leftover Cuisine Inc. ("RLC") is a 501c3 non-profit organization that strives to become the world's most widely used solution for companies and individuals to eliminate food waste in their communities. We streamline the complications of food rescue in three main ways. First, we localize the issues of food waste and food insecurity into sets of communities that help sustain themselves. Second, we leverage technology to facilitate the identification and handling of excess food. Third, we tackle food waste at its root, aiming to eliminate as much food waste as possible and bringing those remaining to where it is needed most - homeless shelters and soup kitchens.
