About CRCF CRCF is a faith-informed nonprofit mental health clinical and training institute serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across Orange County. Through supervised clinical training and evidence-based programming—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups—CRCF expands access to care while developing the next generation of clinicians.
As the organization moves from founder-fronted operations towards a more sustainable institutional structure, CRCF is strengthening its governance and financial infrastructure. We are seeking a Treasurer or a financially experienced volunteer board member to help guide this next stage of development. Key Areas we need assistance:
• Provide oversight of budgeting, financial reporting, and nonprofit compliance
• Support the development of sustainable financial systems and cash-flow visibility
• Advise the board on financial strategy and responsible growth
• Contribute to fundraising strategy, grants, and long-term capital planning
Ideal Candidate
• CPA, CFO, finance professional, or experienced nonprofit financial leader
• Experience with nonprofit governance, budgeting, or financial oversight
• Strategic thinker who enjoys helping mission-driven organizations grow responsibly
• Interest in supporting faith-informed mental health work and family relationships and connections
