At Constellation Hospice, we are dedicated to caring for patients who have terminal illnesses, supporting their families and caregivers as well.Make a difference in your community, be part of the hospice team, and have a flexible volunteer schedule. One hour a week can make a big difference to others in companionship or bereavement. Our personally enriching, ON LINE free training focuses on personal death awareness and hospice philosophy.
