Assist by Capturing Life Stories from Hospice Patients

VITAS is looking to match talented, sensitive volunteers with patients near the end of life who have a story to tell. Life Bios volunteers capture a patient's meaningful moments and can develop a digital or we-based biography featuring the patient recalling his or her life stories.VITAS Volunteer orientation is provided free of charge to help you learn many skills required to be an outstanding volunteer. Volunteers will also receive training in "life story/review" interview techniques and to improve their technical and creative skills.
