Terms of Use

Last updated: April 17, 2026

These are the rules for using Find Your Two. We tried to keep them short and in plain English. If something’s unclear, email Help@FindYourTwo.com and we’ll explain.

What Find Your Two is

Find Your Two connects people who want to volunteer with local charities that need help. We’re the matchmaker, not the employer or the service provider. The actual volunteer work happens between you and the charity.

The service is free to volunteers and free to charities. Always.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13 to create an account. If you’re under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian knows what you’re volunteering for.

Charities posting opportunities must be real, legitimate organizations serving a community. We reserve the right to verify and to remove listings that look sketchy.

Honest info

When you sign up, give us accurate information. Real name, real email, real details about your organization if you’re a charity. Misrepresentation is grounds for removing your account.

Show up or cancel

When you commit to an opportunity, a real charity is counting on you. If something comes up and you can’t make it, cancel as early as you can—ideally through the app so the charity gets notified.

Repeated no-shows may result in your account being paused.

Be decent

Don’t use Find Your Two to harass anyone, spam, post anything illegal, or misuse the platform. Don’t try to scrape our data, break things on purpose, or impersonate others. If you see something off, report it.

Content you post

When charities post opportunities, or when users leave comments or reviews, you’re responsible for what you say. We can edit or remove anything that violates these terms or common sense. By posting, you grant us permission to display and distribute that content through the service.

Limits of our responsibility

Find Your Two is a connection platform. We don’t screen every charity, vouch for every volunteer, or guarantee any specific outcome. Use common sense—show up in public places first, trust your instincts, and report anything that feels off.

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for what happens between you and the charities you connect with. You’re volunteering of your own free will.

Ending your account

You can close your account anytime from the app or by emailing Help@FindYourTwo.com. We can close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or put others at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use Find Your Two after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Tarrant County, Texas.
